Semtex

I first got into Underground music listening to tapes of illegal Acid warehouse parties in Bristol run by my neighbour and a few others called Twisted,based in St Annes Park,Bristol.Dj Die ,Easygroove,Dj Mash,all played at Twisted events.I also listened to a lot of Nwa and Public enemy.I started playing on pirate radio (Passion Fm) in 95 with a mate, the Logix & Semtex show,We had a 12-3am slot on a saturday night,and the phone was usually buzzing.We played at a few venues in Bristol venues,Trinity,Thekla,Blue mountain club and the St Pauls carnival, Easton community festival and the Eastville festival and we also promoted and played at a couple of partys at Trinity.Personaly i have always prefered producing to Djing. Over the years i have had a Roland groovebox, ,Roland W30 Keyboard,i now have a PC setup.Ive had a bit of intrest from labels,both with Logix and on my own.
