Stisch's debut album "Heads Collide" in 2005 saw several top dance chart singles, including the Top 10 hits "Beauty in Me" and "Emotions"! "Beauty in Me" charted for 39 consecutive weeks on Swedish dance sales chart, "Sawdust Caesar" got all the way to No.1 on the Kiss FM Radio Chart in Australia, whilst "Turn Around" was spinning frequently on lots of radio stations and reached Top 10 on the radio charts in several countries around the world.
Quite a few tracks from the album have been featured on many different compilations, including HedKandi and Ministry of Sound. Alongside which the singles were also played out by top DJ's like Darren Emerson, Tom Novy and Gadjo, just to name a few.
Now it's 2008 and Stisch is working on the (still untitled) follow up album, scheduled for release early autumn. The album will feature collaborations with a number of respected vocalists including Yota, Papa Dee, Joel Edwards and Magnus Carlson!
The first single is "Hit Repeat" featuring Wayne Hussey (The Mission) on vocals. The 12" includes an extended vocal version, as well as a dub one, along with remixes by Samuel Onervas (Scissor Sisters, The Gossip, New Young Pony Club etc.) and Thomas Gold (Roger Sanchez, Stonebridge, Just Jack etc.). The CD single also includes a radio edit.
"Hit Repeat" is nothing less than an electro house killer track and undoubtedly the most straight forward pop tune Wayne Hussey ever has done! Enjoy!
