ETR has been on a hiatus from performing for most of 2007. Dean Owners of America 2007 & 2008 saw ETR jam classics with Michael Angelo Batio and proved they still had it.
To all of you that have been into our music for the last few years, we thank you. Due to our busy schedules, Lori will be handling the page and she will forward anything important. Hopefully we can get some of you to keep listening and spread the word.
The music of EXIT THE RIDE is an intense and emotional blend of classic and modern rock injected with soaring vocals and shredding lead guitars. Guitar virtuoso BILL PECK has joined forces with singer/songwriter SAMUEL STONE and drummer CLINT LARSON to form one of the more formidable hard rock bands to hit the scene in years. "I want people to feel empowered by our music", says Stone.
ETR is poised to be a part of a musical revolution. Samuel Stone's unique brand of vocals takes you on a melodic journey through peaks and valleys normally reserved for the likes of Chris Cornell and Scott Weiland, and other great tenors of our day.
Guitar shredding master Bill Peck brings his guitar work to the forefront of a modern rock format, giving fans a chance to hear his true versatility with monster riffs and scorching solos. Alter Bridge's MARK TREMONTI described Peck as a whammy bar, tapping, and legato master in the 2004 October issue of Guitar One magazine. Drummer Clint Larson ties it all together with a beat that will have you nodding your head.
EXIT THE RIDE has performed and recorded throughout 2005 and 2006 and gained many new fans. The guys are working on new material, looking forward to releasing an EP, as well as continued exposure thru Dean Guitars.
