She has graduated in painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence and for several years she has studied singing with the great singer Slavska Taskova Paoletti. She studied music at the St. Louis School of Music in Rome, attended the seminars of Vana Gerig and Sherley Jordan, studied singing with Stefania Scarinzi and Elisabetta Antonini. She sings for the RAI symphony orchestra of Augusto Martelli, attends the Umbria Jazz clinics. She has also studied English and singing in Boston. She participates to the tours of Biagio Antonacci, Jovanotti with Irene La medica, sings in the records of Negrita and Gianna Nannini. In 2000 she participated to Sanremo (young session). In 2001 she wrote and interpreted "Canto de Orfeo" with the "Espirito", a group formed with two of her best friends (Francesco Rossi and Andrea Neri) and the piece was published all over the world. Together with Francesco, in 2002, she wrote "Love is the Music" sang by "Jenny B." In 2003 Laura wrote and sang "Luna" with the "Espirito". In 2005 she also wrote "Bahia" with the well known jazz musician bass player Maurizio Bozzi and the piece was produced by Francesco Rossi and Davide Riva for the Energy production and distributed by Sony. In 2006 Laura wrote "Love Affair" together with Francesco Rossi for the Molto Records and sang for the jazz record of Maurizio Bozzi "Bozorius", who won the Los Angeles Music Awards as best new Jazz album of the year. “Very Nice” is the song she interpreted and that was nominated among the 3 winners of the Latin section.Appassionata di musica jazz e soul, forma alcuni gruppi con ottimi musicisti toscani. Laura Falcinelli si diploma all’Accademia delle Belle Arti di Firenze in pittura e per alcuni anni studia canto con la grande cantante Slavska Taskova Paoletti.
