Mantra music for the people

About Me

------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------Latest on the player is "Procession of Broken Light", a collaboration with Conrad McQueen (see Friends) who came up with the chunky organ and cello sound loop. Added 11 Dec 2007. "What's it about?" Well, to start with, a rant against the seemingly overwhelming choice we have between the idealogical opposites of Capitalism and Communism."Motorway Ghosts jimix" is a version done in another collaboration, this time with unclejim (see Friends). I keep promising myself to give it dubby remix companion. A second track with unclejim, "City Face (jimix)", is on our Inverted Ear Music page - see in Friends.ISOKON FLATS is my solo project outside of the more experimental and freeform material I do with Derek Miles and Sylvain Dennielou as HALFMOON & PIG. We huddle beneath the umbrella that is INVERTED EAR MUSIC (down there in "Friends"). The music here is a mix of my recent collaborations and a few older tracks done since 1989.As you can hear, I prefer not sticking to any one style, so there's a mix from folk, soundtrack, indie, psychedelic pop...the list goes on. New tracks soon.------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------
