STU PATRICS

Stu Patrics entdeckte seine Vorliebe für elektronische Musik im Jahr 2001! Der vorher noch voll und ganz vom HipHop überzeugte, vollführte diesen Stilwechsel im Eiltempo.
Seit diesem Zeitpunkt entwickelte sich sein Sound von Jahr zu Jahr. Nach regionalen Gigs in NRW, verbrachte er 1 ½ Jahre im Ausland (Schweiz, Mallorca, Österreich) und konnte auch dort bei verschiedenen Undergroundveranstaltungen sein Können unter Beweiss stellen.
Nun sind einige Tage vergangen und seine Auffassung von Musik reicht von Minimal, über ElectroPunk bis hin zu TechHouse und Progressiv. Im Oktober 2005 startete er seine eigene Veranstaltungsreihe BASTARDS und seit Mai 2006 ist seine Kooperation mit dem Bochumer DJ und Produzenten Hi Spin unter dem Namen "Tierlieb Hoch2" in aller Munde.
Momentan trifft man Ihn an den Tellern in verschiedenen Locations, wobei er mit seinem dreckigen innovativen Sound ein gern gesehener Gast und für jede Überraschung gut ist. Auf seinem Weg beschallte er u.a. schon die Kölner LoonyLand, die Düsseldorfer Harpune und zeigte sein musikalische Können auf Events wie der Blue Parade 2006 und der Ruhr in Love 2006.
Wenn es einen treffenden Satz gibt der für den Sound von Stu Patrics steht, würde wohl folgendes Zitat zutreffen: Die Musik drückt das aus, was nicht gesagt werden kann und worüber zu schweigen unmöglich ist!

Stu Patrics discovered his fondness for electronic music in the year 2001! Before the discovering of electronic music, he was totally committed to Hip Hop Music. Stu Patrics changed his style of music very quickly.
From this day forth he produced his own sound from year to year. After regional gigs in NRW ( Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany), he spent one and a half years in foreign countries like: Swizerland, Mallorca (Spain) and Austria to demonstrate his ability at some different underground-events.
Now some days are gone and his concept of music is filled with a lot of music-styles from minimal, electro punk to tech house and progressive. In October 2005 Stu Patrics started his own event-set BASTARDS. Since may 2006 his cooperation with the bochumer DJ and producer Hi Spin which is called Tierlieb Hoch2 everybody is talking about them.
At the moment you meet Stu Patrics on the turntables in different locations and clubs, whereas he is with his dirty, innovative sound a glady shown guest and good for many surprises. On his way he showed his talent on different events like the Cologne Loonyland, Düsseldorfer Harpune and big special events like the Blue Parade 2006 and Ruhr in Love 2006.
