Hailing from the streets of Carol City, FL, Blak M.Y.S.T., is poised to set the music industry on fire. Using past experiences this 24 year old artist tells tales from all aspects of life whether it be street stories or that of a mislead college student.Growing up in North Miami-Dade County, Blak M.Y.S.T. already has a local buzz created by himself and his co-horts, THE CAMP (members include Blak M.Y.S.T., J.Reddy, Redrum, and Holla Slim). The street anthem "Whoa!" has given him hood fame. But, he has dreams of so much more. "I'm just trying to get my thoughts out to the masses. I have gone through a lot in life that many others have experienced. It's time for them to listen to music that they can relate to."M.Y.S.T.'s lyrical style, versatility and delivery are similar to no other. His unique blend of lyricism, word play, and life lessons truly make him a force to be reckoned with. "Imagine if Tupac spoke real life the way he did and infused the East Coast lyricism in his music....that's me. Don't get me wrong, I don't sound at all like him. But, I feel like he captured the streets because he was genuine and real. Now-a-days artists portray themselves to be super thugs and colombian drug dons when that is nowhere near the case. That's not me. If I said I did it, then I did it and thats that. I'm like most people. I've never killed anyone before. But, if you push me....".M.Y.S.T.'s witicism is some what refreshing. "I'm not serious all the time. I got jokes for days....and that reflects in a lot of my music. That's why it's so easy for me to write. I just do me. If I decide to put up a front, then I have to portray that character whenever I'm not home. I don't have time for that. I have business to take care of."
