DJ YORKIE!!! YOUR DJ’S BIGGEST PHOBIA...

DJ Yorkie "YOUR DJ's BIGGEST PHOBIA" born in Havana, Cuba and from a baby she was destined to be a child of music. From a very young age she was rapping, dancing, playing instruments and even singing. She was never a good singer but she loved music so much that she would do it anyways. Music was consistently around her, if she was not listening to the radio she was making beats in her head. She grew up listening to artist like Michael Jackson, Jay Z, Snoop Dog and many more. Music was part of her life. At the age of 18 she was making tracks at Luke's Record studio down in South Beach. But shortly after that she had experienced a tragedy that would completely turn her away from the music industry. Years past by and she was then introduced to the turntables. Shortly after 3 days of practicing she was able to hold down a 3hr graduation party and shortly after that she completed her first mix tape entitled "Take One". Since then she's performed at Nocturnal, Power Studio, Ivy's, The Fifth, and many other hot spots located throughout the east coast of the United States. With her third mix CD on the way "BATTLE OF THE CITIES" and a pending West Coast Tour it wont be long before DJ Yorkie becomes a corner stone of popular culture.
