Joe Javens was born and raised near Pittsburgh, PA. A true Steeler's fan inside out!
After devoting twenty five plus years of his life serving in the U.S. Air Force, he has recently retired and now is 100% focused on the dream that he has shared with his wife, Kay, for many years.
Although he could not spend as much time as he would have liked prior to his military retirement, Joe has now stepped up and taken the reins over the Country Division of Rock -N- Country Management, which allows Kay to focus on the Rock Division of their company.
Joe developed a love for country music as a youngster and has the natural ability to predict the outcome of a country song and/or artist the first time he hears it, regardless of his own opinion of it. This make him a very open minded individual when it comes to any genre of music. Especially, country.

We are very selective on the artists that we choose to sign. Each member of our administrative staff is involved in the decision making process and in the promotion of EVERY ARTIST signed with ROCK -N- COUNTRY MANAGEMENT. Therefore, it is a staff decision as to whom we offer contracts. If you are selected to sign with our company, you can be assured that you will receive the best representation available.
If you would like to submit a promotional package to us for consideration please be sure to enclose the following in you submittal:
1.) Proof of age and US Citizenship (Must be 18 years of age or older)
2.) Current 8x10 photo
3.) A three song sample CD or cassette tape
4.) A current bio with at least three references
5.) Contact name, and daytime and evening phone numbers
