About Me

I'm easily excitable & I like to learn new things... I love world cinema and theatre...and have travelled thousands of miles, just to watch something..
Fingers in many pots... Love Indian Cinema / Bollywood / Hindi Cinema etc etc etc. HiFi Zindabad!
Just completed a director-in-residence at the Haymarket Theatre. I'm writing my 2nd play, called Pagal about Amitabh Bachchan's accident in Coolie and the impact it had on his fans. I met Mr Bachchan earlier this year, and have his blessings to put it on!
Love to dance, am trained in Ballroom and Ballet from the age of 13, Bollywood - well, since I was born! I judge the UK Bollywood dance show, Boogie Woogie, since it was launched three years ago. I've managed to get the reputation of Simon Cowell, but just can't help offer constructive suggestions for improvments.
Love all cinema... on the festival committe of the only Asian woman film festival in the world - Tongues on Fire
As a person, I'm a bumbling bohemian - like Phoebe from Friends - have a childlike quality which confuses most people.. on that note, i'll quit waffling.
