My name's Philip Newland, I'm currently training Muay Thai out of the world class Master Toddy's Muay Thai Academy in Sin City, Nevada. Master Toddy's Muay Thai Academy is dedicated to expanding the awareness of Muay Thai here in Las Vegas. Training is conducted in a "Thai Style" environment, reflecting the training methods and strategies taught in the professional Muay Thai camps in Thailand. Master Toddy's LV Fight team trains 5 nights a week from 5:00pm - 8:30pm. They undergo a very strict training regime that involves the usual such as running, skipping rope, shadow boxing, bag work, pad work, technique sparring, clinching, strength training and conditioning for the ring.
