No matter how many times you have read this, it never hurts to read it again:

I still believe our country can be salvaged. I still think we are in the "alter" stage, which is why I am a Libertarian. It is spelled out very clearly in the Declaration of Independence that the only purpose government serves is "to secure these rights" that we are born with which cannot be given away, nor taken away... only infringed by oppression.
Have you considered the many rights our government has transformed into privileges? The right to travel (driver's license), the right to property (building permit), the right to the pursuit of happiness (business license)... the list goes on.
You don't have to choose between tuberculosis and lung cancer, you can choose Good Health!
This country needs more than a facelift, or a tummy-tuck... more than an extreme makeover... Thomas Jefferson, the primary author of our constitution said "Every generation needs a new revolution."
Well, that time is overdue. It doesn't even have to be a bloody revolution. All you have to do is get rid of all of the current federal and state congress members simultaneously. Why waste your vote on a Democrat or Republican party candidate, when you already know if either gets elected, nothing will change! Vote for a candidate who will devote their time in office to doing what government is suppose to do: secure your rights.
Vote for a Libertarian! Do Libertarians have all the answers? No. Nobody does. But they have many sound solutions to the problems that our current politicians have created.
Simply put: smaller government, fewer taxes, more freedom. No matter who you vote for, it's time for a change. Don't waste another vote on a Republican who will do nothing but spend your money for 4 years, or a Democrat who will do nothing but spend your money for four years.

To mention a few things: MUCH smaller federal government, fewer taxes, free trade, no censorship, privatization of most of the things the government screws up, removing restrictions on firearms, and removing the restrictions of select controlled substances.
