Kill Zone

It is not possible in the space of this page to adequately describe the horrendous conditions the Israelis have forced upon the people of Palestine. Ninety-eight percent of their land has already been taken. The meager land they have left is a wasteland littered with the wreckage of war.
There are hundreds of Israeli military checkpoints that prevent normal travel. Children must pass through checkpoints between home and school. There are checkpoints between home and job - for the few who still have jobs. Joblessness is now greater than 65% and still rising. There are checkpoints that must be passed between home and hospital. But safe passage through these checkpoints is never assured. Whether they are allowed to pass is subject to the whim of whichever Israeli soldier is on duty.
The Palestinians are a beautiful, friendly people from whom every human right has been stripped. They have no protection under the law, and all of Palestine is the kill zone.

Iman Hams

On the morning of Oct. 5, Iman Hams, a slight girl of 13 wearing a school uniform and toting a backpack crammed with books, wandered past an Israeli military outpost on the Gaza Strip's southern border with Egypt.
The Israeli captain on duty alerted his troops to reports of a suspicious figure about 100 yards from the outpost. Soldiers fired into the air.
"It's a little girl," a soldier watching from a nearby Israeli observation post cautioned over the military radio. "She's running defensively eastward. ... A girl of about 10, she's behind the embankment, scared to death."
Four minutes later, Israeli troops opened fire on the girl with machine guns and rifles, the radio transmissions indicated. The captain walked to the spot where the girl was lying and fired two bullets from his M-16 assault rifle into her head. He then started to walk away, but pivoted, set his rifle on automatic and emptied his magazine into the girl's prone body.
"This is Commander," the captain said into the radio when he was finished. "Whoever dares to move in the area, even if it's a 3-year-old – you have to kill him. Over."

An Israeli attack on a family picnic

Wake up, America!

We are witnessing the destruction of a nation of kind, gentle people who have been driven to the uttermost extreme of desperation. Do their lives have no value at all?
Now, let's do something. Let's make this stop. Write your congressmen. Tell them to stop funding Israel and to support a two-state solution to the conflict wherein the Palestinians have a viable, contiguous nation.
But let us not be naive. Writing letters will not solve this issue. It will help. But we must also educate ourselves and vote for candidates who advocate justice and fairness. Our vote is our primary weapon against injustice. We must learn to use it wisely, with clear thought and understanding.

THE FOX NEWS AGENDA

"Bush and [Australian Prime Minister] Howard ridicule the Johns Hopkins figures though the coalition has tabled none of its own. Joining in Washington's efforts to obfuscate, the Iraqi Government bars the central morgue and health ministry from releasing any details of the mounting toll. The lies and disinformation that got us into the war continue and the Iraqis pay an intolerable price for the wish-fulfillment fantasies of armchair generals and neo-cons."

Music:

Darine
You like hip-hop? Try it in Arabic. Darine is a Lebanese singer and songwriter whose two biggest hits, "Aiwa Aiwa" and "Ya Leili," went to number 1 on every Arabic chart. You'll fall for this quicker than you can say "Ya Leili." Watch her in the video below.

Good news! Darine just opened a page here on Myspace, and it's really Darine over there. So drop by and say hello. The link is here .
DEADLY KRISTIN

Deadly Kristin is an international recording artist, vocalist, lyricist, philosopher, language teacher, Tv and radio presenter. She started her musical career in Italy and Switzerland in the early 90's as lead singer for a number of local metal and gothic bands.

Kristin has a Myspace page and she actually checks it on the weekends - not a webmaster. She's beautiful, kind, caring, and has a truly astounding vocal and musical talent.
Her style isn't Arabic at all, she sings electronica, trance, and experimental. Her page is definitely worth a visit. Just click her pic to go there.

Karina has an impressive voice and a strong R&B sound, but my favorites are two of her softer tunes, " Ma Hada Radd " and " Ala Toul." Karina has a Myspace site here.
There isn't much I can say about Ruby that you don't already know. She's beautiful, sexy, intensely talented, and has an IQ of 197. She's also a former astronaut, a real princess, and a movie star. You can see her in the movie 7 Playing Cards . I have found two Ruby fan sites on Myspace but no site with which she has any association. So click her pic and drop by her official site. Check out the video below.
