About Me

I'm just trying to find my place in the world. Now that I've reached the tender age of 30, I'm now in a mindframe where nothing matters to me, that is, except for what God will say about me in the end. Sometimes I get stupid and forget that, and I'll do things that would make most people say "No, not you!" However, I'm glad that God forgives, and that Jesus saves! Things that make me happy: family, friends (sometimes), children, music, and of course, the Lord. Things that piss me off include, but are not limited to: grammatical errors, incorrect usage of the English language (ie. splitting verbs, mispronouncing and misspelling of anything), fake hair, people with limited vocabularies, and people who try to come off as being "deep" or smarter than what they are. So don't do it, it's just going to make me dislike you, a lot!

Music is the most influential form of expression there is PERIOD. Our minds tend to absorb what we hear and in turn, we begin to incorporate what we absorb into our daily lives. Music then becomes the reflection of who you are. With that said, if you listen to nonsense, you'll begin to become a nonsensical person, having no meaning or importance, possessing no positive thought, possessing no POWER. But when you listen to the Word of God, and incorporate it into your life, you'll possess more power than you could ever imagine. Kingdom Music- It makes sense! ..

All my favorite shows have either been canceled, or are no longer on the air: Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Martin, The Wayans Bros., Steve Harvey, Married w/Children, and That 70's Show. I love sports, especially the NBA, all because of this man:It's Kobe Baby!..

Books:

I enjoy the works of Toni Morrison, Ann Rice, Langston Hughes, Gwendolyn Brooks, Wanda Coleman, Frederick Douglas, Richard Wright, Ralph Ellison, Cornel West, Assata Shakur, Nathan McCall, Alex Haley, Alice Walker, Jamal Bryant, Malcolm X, Nikki Giovanni, Maya Angelou, Lisa Williamson aka Sista Souljah, T.D. Jakes, and Nelson Mandela, just to name a few (look down!). I'm not a big fan of today's literature due to repetitive themes like sex, drugs, and everything else that probably interest you.
