Born from London's Underground party scene, Stay Up Forever was established in 1993 by acid techno stalwarts The Liberator DJs and Paul Harding. The label's aims were to make 'avin'it rave techno. These aims are still true today and the music of Stay Up Forever continues to reflect the thriving London scene that created the genre that is now known as Acid Techno.
Stay up Forever strengthened its force when it became a "Collective" in 2000, playing host to what have become some of the most popular Underground London Techno labels around today. Just a FEW of the in-house labels include Stay up Forever and SUF Remix, Cluster, Powertools, RAW and RAW Remix, Hydraulix, 4x4, Maximum Minimum, Yolk, Superconductor and Emetic.
The strengths of the Collective are attributed to a solid base of talented London producers including D.A.V.E. The Drummer, DJ ANT, D.D.R. and Guy "Geezer" McAffer. All these highly acclaimed musicians, along with fellow artists, The Liberator DJs , continue to create the soundtrack for the lifestyle of the outlaw party-goer, both nationally and globally.
The S.U.F. Collective also has its own DJ agency managed by Rachel (DJ Rackitt). It handles national and international bookings for the 3 Liberator DJ`s (Chris, Aaron & Julian), DJ ANT, Guy "Geezer" McAffer, DJ Rackitt, D.D.R., Sarah F.A.B., Gizelle, Zebedee and Carl-Live, as well as managing SOME U.K. bookings for various 3rd parties such as Lenny Dee and Eric Sneo.
