Everything is interesting if you have a mind to be interested! But I suppose I'm drawn to creative things in whatever way they come about. That kind of includes anything or everything and all things are connected. I just try and express it in visual and musical forms.
I meet good people all the time who do their bit to make the world a better place, either through their generous spirit and their actions or their art. I'm only up for meeting artists, singers, musicians, peeps interested in the environment, the revolution of the human spirit, those that have integrity, those that can enjoy the many simple pleasures of life, those that can laugh and smile, those with heart and compassion and anyone who has something to say about anything that is worth saying anything about. 'It's Life n Life Only'.
Music is good. For the artist it evolves...just like everything else.
Hats off to good film makers who can take you to places!
Don't watch too much TV but I'd sit down to watch The Simpsons!
Just a list as it comes to mind... Carlos Castenada and the series of books 'The Teachings of Don Juan'; Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance,To Kill a Mockingbird, The Life of Pi, Of Mice and Men, A Passage to India, Mrs Dalloway, Times Arrow, Sophies World, The Prophet, No Direction Home, Heavens Mirror, The Dark Side of God....
Most heroes are unheard of but of those who are heard of I would include Martin Luther King and Mahatma Gandhi. They both changed the world for the better without firing a shot or raising or a hand. They drew upon a kind of human dignity and spiritual force that seems to be mostly forgotten in favour of the dogma's of ignorance, ego and greed...who, at this time, seem to be setting the agenda.
