Music, art, science, reading, or playing with my kids. I am interested in public health on a global scale. My goal is to work with an agency that strives to meet the healthcare needs of all like the World Health Organization or some religious backed organization.
I would enjoy meeting people with differing view points from all over the world. In this day and age it is important to think globally about the choices we make in how we live our lives. I especially enjoy reading commentaries or blogs that are on the ecentric side or funny side of life.

My tastes are eclectic. classical, big band, old rock & roll, psychedelic, metal, punk, 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's. As a teeny bopper I liked all the usual 80's bands until I got my hands on my firt Metallica tape( yes it was a tape, no cd's back then). It was a bootleg version of Master of Puppets because none of the stores carried them. Suddenly, I realized that there were alternatives to radio's regurgitation of the top 40.
My favorites are: Hero, The Ninth Configuration, Dune, The Thirteenth Warrior, A Clockwork Orange, Citizen Kane, Twelve monkeys, Wizard of Oz, Caberet, Serenity, The Chronicles of Riddick, Immortal Beloved, Twelve Angry Men, and The Crow.
I like science fiction such as the firefly series, as well as the new Battlestar Galactica. I also like PBS, history, and biography Channel. I am hooked on All my Children and One Life to Live.
Mostly non-fiction or science fiction. I enjoyed Darkly Dreaming Dexter, though it was a little darker than my usual taste in books. The dune series is really good. I like books based on history or science (especially physics)
Jesus is my hero. As far as I am concerned, he took a bullet for me. I also admire the Dalai Lama. He has so much wisdom and compassion.
