I'm a retired traveller. i've hitchhiked or hopped a train through every state with the exceptions of Maine, Alaska, and Hawaii.
I stay up pretty late...or early, however you choose to look at it, hacking, playing gory video games, working, listening to music, building, breaking, or fixing shit, reading, watching Troma flicks or marathons of various TV rips.
I've always enjoyed music. As such, I enjoy a bizillion different types of music from equally as many time periods. I dig everything from Classical to old outlaw country like Hank Williams and Johnny Cash, to hip-hop, to metal, to crust, to d-beat, to grindcore...Music is the shit!
I'm pretty easy going...a goofball most of the time. Intelligent but scatter-brained. Troublemaker. Big computer geek. History Buff. Slightly reclusive. I sleep with my hat on...and nothing else. Eagle Scout. Asshole 4 life. Sorta hellbilly meets crustie meets hood rat meets a shower and a fuckin toothbrush. Haha, in other words...just ME.
I'm a UNIX Engineer, as well as a freelance consultant. Sometimes it's cool having a job that's also your hobby... Except when you try to indulge in your hobby after work. Everyone tells me how lucky i am to have a decent, tolerable job...well kiddies, luck had nothing to do with it... it's whatcha call raw skillz.
I'm the type that can hang out with a bunch o metalhead/punker types, then go drink forties in the deep, deep, ghetto, then finish the night up by chillin at some ritzy martini bar. I have no particular social niche, because i don't need one.
