Guitarist Guy Daniels was born and raised in Manhattan for most of his life. Primarily self-taught, Guy had the good fortune to be shown the "right stuff at the right time" by friends in elementary school. Theoretically, this was a good thing. However, at this point in life Guy realizes that many of the other things that "came along with the package" for a typical young guitar player were not so good after all. Guy regrets a very early exposure to many hard rock groups who promote unhealthy lifestyles: violence, promiscuousness, drugs, laziness, and general rebelliousness. Typically these groups target young listeners whose parents usually do not defend them nor equip them with the necessary tool to defend themselves: a sound religious teaching based on the Tanakh (or "Old Testament") and its follow-up book, the New Covenant (or "New Testament"). Even love is not enough to protect one's children, for true love is only that which is grounded in true religion. Anything outside of true religion is paganism and is the seat of Satan. This may sound extreme but it is true. What is the true religion? It is the pure (not the popular) Christian faith that is rooted in the Torah (books of Moses) and the Tanakh in general. After all, true Christians are simply believers in the Tanankh and Yahoshua as the Messiah who came and will come again. I challenge you to ask yourself who you serve in this life--the answer will determine where you go in the next one. Yah (commonly miscalled God) will take you under His wings if you accept your true status as a sinner (we all are) and seek his protection from Satan and from yourself. If you seek Him (Yah), then accept that His Son, Yahoshua (commonly miscalled Jesus), died on the cross for your sins and was raised from the dead to eternal life, paving the way for you to come after Him if you are willing. Accept Yahoshua (and gain salvation) or Satan (and lose your chance at eternal life); those are the two choices. Yah will not accept you otherwise and you certainly have no power to save yourself.Currently, Guy lives on Long Island with his wife, Nancy (also a six-stringer), and their three children- Evzen, Chinyere, and Corban.
