I'd like to meet a cellist interested in doing something like the Rising Fawn String Ensemble and any other old time musicians, especially fiddle and banjo players
anything that is made by friends on front porches, in parking lots or by river banks --traditional acoustics of any sort, but I grew up playing alot of punk rock, so I like it hard and fast-- Crooked Jades, Reeltime Travelers, Norman Blake, Bruce Molsky, Tommy Jarrell, Ramones, Motorhead, Slayer, Dropkick Murphys, Tossers, Del McCoury, Chris Thile, AC/DC, Floggin Molly, Monster Magnet, Black Sabbath, Hank Williams Sr. and III..................the list goes on and on and some pretty different directions
Simpsons, Family Guy, Deadwood, and Mythbusters, although I rarely get to see any of them
