DJ Tomekk IN PRIVATE

I am a DJ / Producer from Berlin; Germany... I have been in the game for quite a while, started around 91... so thats been like 15 years allready.... Here are some facts bout me....
I started off in Berlins underground Hip Hop spots... The Acud, a dusty basement, just when the berlin wall came down, then Radio; KISS FM, the first Hip Hop / R'n'B Station in Berlin. I had my own little Mixshow "Boogie Down Berlin" when I was 16.
At 18 I was DJ´n for my man KURTIS BLOW, he had me on Tour with him in the US. I remember the opening of Florentine`s Garden in the Hood of L.A.... with LL and Run DMC and DJ Alladin...
Back in Germany my Radioshow became very popular. I was on air twice a week. Fr / Sat for like 5 hours a day with mad listeners. Urban music just became popular by then in germany.
I released my first record in 1999. A classic DJ CUT with a bunch of MCs on that. It featured Afrob, Flavour Flav of Public Enemy, Grandmaster Flash, Jazzy Jeff of funky for plus one and my man McRene. Germany`s freestyle legend. It blew up madly and this is where life got craaazy... I guess everybody loved that record, it was in the German charts for almost a year and made me a name known wider than my radio appearences. It pretty much was the first great US / German Collabo and people say I started that shit....
Now its 2006 and I sold about 2.5 Mio Records.
So far I have Worked with: Lil Kim, Missy Elliot, Xzibit, Ice-T, GZA (Wu-Tang), Noreaga, Truth Hurts, Fatman Scoop, Kurupt of the Dogg Pound, KRS-One, Sido, Curse, Fler, Harris, Lumidee, Jae Son, Rodney Hunter, Afrodelics,....
The game changes.
People come and go...
