'A'sa' is the on-going musical project by Thomas Bowman and Shaun Conroy. The main focus of the project was to simply air our material, and perhaps one day, to perform the works.The name derived from A'sa, being the third king of Judah. A'sa set upon cleansing the land of pagan idols and went to great lengths to return his people toward 'pure worship'.While we have shared with each other our reasons for apostasy, we find the name apt for a society, who 'under God' and in the name of religion, join with others, to contribute to the misery, invasion and murder of innocent people in the pursuit of financial benifit. There does exist a severe threat to world peace , and the people threatening do own weapons of mass destruction.
