It's me, Snitches!!!!

About Me

while I continue to think about that question, I will leave this a blank. In the meantime, you may make up all sorts of crazy shit that would define "about me." One of your guesses is probably right. Then again, that means that all of your other guesses are 100% wrong.
oh, and I like to watch the info-mercial with the twin midgets who flip houses for a living. I'd like to attend one of their seminars one day, but only if I can heckle from the audience.

My Interests

drinkin', thinkin', dancin', romancin', readin', ritin', rudimentary rithmatic'.
(good) anime, (bad) porn, way too much pop culture and TV.
pretty girls who are young, but not 2 young; pretty girls who are older, but not 2 old.
karaoke, dive bars, FLCL, www.homestarrunner.com, rock star tendencies, japanese pop, world travel, local travel, how to speak (insert foreign launguage name here) language cds.

I'd like to meet:

You, probably. Unless it's one of your bad days. Then I definitely want to meet you.

Music:

in no real order, and by no means complete: the shins, hot hot heat, the strokes, interpol, the hives, alkaline trio, prince, ll cool j, crappy emo-bands, crappy pop-punk bands, anything produced by dre, the neptunes, prince paul, or dan "the automator", 80's music, slick rick (before he was locked up), the postal service, MTV's AMP 2, underworld, death cab for cutie, beck, outkast, the pillows (japan), the white stripes, Ice Cube's "It was a Good Day", the cure, nada surf, weezer, jimmyeatworld, massive attack, soul coughing, ben folds, radiohead, pulp, self, franz ferdinand, the dismemberment plan, bloc party, the darkness, many many more. i want to be an indie rock snob, but fail miserably...

Movies:

fight club, swingers, rushmore, punch-drunk love, bollywood movies on channel 35 (PBS) sunday afternoon, pi, road trip, big trouble in little china, star wars (ep. 4 to 6), LOTR Trilogy, the minus man, jim jarmusch films, quentin tarantino films, coen brothers films, anything that has Philip Seymour Hoffman in it is usually good (- even though I personally despise him), Wes Anderson Movies...and, of course, I just can't get enough porn...

Television:

family guy, simpsons, FLCL, random adult swim shows, sportscenter, insomniac, south park, any thing with betty white or pat morita, mr. show with bob and david, kids in the hall, carnivale, TJ Hooker, anything with Ted McGinley -except Hope & Faith.

Books:

Books by Chuck Palaniuk and Irving Welsh, house of leaves (sorry I don't have the HTML skills to make the house blue), the autobiography of andy warhol, beyond good and evil, the happy hockey family, infinite jest (even though I haven't gotten all the way through it), the rules of attraction, books by mark leyner.
I also buy random philosophy books before I end up putting them down after reading 75 pages. Damn those publishers with their flashy colors and my adult ADD. Damn Jean-Paul Sartre.

Heroes:

I think David Bowie said it best. "We can be heroes, if just for one day." or maybe it was Jacob Dylan who said it best when he remade the song in the 90's. But Jacob Dylan said it about Matthew Broderick in the Godzilla movie. So I guess it'll have to be that David Bowie said it best. Then again, Bowie slept with Mick Jagger, and I can't respect anyone who's slept with Mick Jagger. I'm so confused. I guess I'll have to sing it at karaoke, so I can say I've said it. Then I can say that I've said it best. "We can be heroes, if just for one day." What were we talking about again?Oh yeah. And Andre 3000.
