I wake up with a smile.I have a private practice in addiction/recovery counseling. With 15 years of experience working in Mental Health and Addiction with adolescents and adults, I specialize in treating musicians and other creative individuals. My practice is open to anyone facing challenges at any stage of addiction or recovery either with themselves, or with others. Saturday appointments are available. Poster Session, Presented at the American Psychological Association Convention in New Orleans, August 10, 2006: "The Popular Musician" (see Blog) I am currently writing a paper for publication titled, "The Creative Personality of the American Popular Musician."CHARITY WORK: The Sogan Foundation, Board Member. I am assisting with efforts to raise funds for the "Tibetan Institute for Science and Technology," aka TIST. Check out www.thesoganfoundation.org website for details and make a donation. This project is vital to the the future of Tibetan culture and the children in the Golok Region of Tibet. We need funding for the final phase of the project. (see pics).
