My main aim for my page on Myspace is to highlight and bring to peoples attention the wide variety and quality of music and bands out there that do not appear in the charts.I regularly go to gigs and have seen many bands and singers before they were well known such as Automatics, Editors, Fratellis, Kasabian and Nerina Pallot to name just a few! If you click on the Pics link beneath my profile picture you can check out some photographs that I took at gigs such as T in the Park festival. I will keep on adding more pictures as I attend more gigs and I will also write up some reviews under My Blog.Listed below are some bands worth checking out:
Boy Kill Boy - I've already seen them live at T in the Park and recently at ABC, Glasgow. This band are going to be huge. Check out their album Civilian if you don't believe me and my review of their Glasgow Gig in My Blogs!
Red Organ Serpent Sound - really cool Irish band and I particularly like the song In Search for Orgasmuz.
Scully - I first came across this band when I went to see Milburn play at the Edinburgh Venue. Their lead singers vocals sound a bit like Paul Weller and their songs have clever, well written lyrics. One to watch out for!

The music playing on this page at the moment is "Sexy in Latin" by Little Man Tate. I first saw this band perform on the NME stage at T in the Park and they were excellent. I recommend that you check their music out.

My Interests

Football (Soccer if you are an American!) in general and my team is Glasgow Rangers. I have a season ticket for Ibrox and go to all the home and away fixtures, including European matches. I have been to the following countries supporting them France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Norway, Poland,Portugal and Slovakia.
Motor racing - Formula 1 and Indy Cart. My fave drivers are Michael Schumacher and Dan Wheldon
Music - going to gigs and checking out new up and coming bands before most people have even heard of them.

Murray Walker - former British TV commentator on Formula 1 races and motorsport.
Joe Pesci - an incredible actor, I especially liked him in Goodfellas, but he was also great in Casino, My Cousin Vinny and original Home Alone.
