Hey Everyone, I am so excited to share, that& I have finally opened my website, where my songs will be available to purchase. This website is not just about the music, but its me. It gives everyone the chance to get an insight of me and my life in music. My story is being told, and with this story, you can even see video& footage of me as young as eight. I am nervouse, yet really excited about letting you into my intimate world and what i have worked for my entire life. I hope you enjoy the site, and i would really appreciate your support. LYDIA DENKER Jesus Canâ€™t SkateLYDIA DENKER made a spectacular entrance on to the music and entertainment scene five years ago when she made a guest appearance on the first series of â€˜Big Brotherâ€™, performing the title track to the hit Australian flim â€˜One Perfect Dayâ€™.Her new sound is a fusion of melody, emotion and bone-crunching riffs stemming from various corners of the Melbourne music scene, proving that at twenty five years of age, Denker has never been more determined and ready to move forward fearlessly.Fear is not in Denkerâ€™s vocabulary, and performing in front of an audience of more than 1.5 million viewers recently on â€˜Australian Idolâ€™ as a finalist in the â€˜Top 24 Show', proved just that. While her idol journey ended prematurely, the hunger for more from the public was evident with an outcry in forums across the country to â€˜Save Lydiaâ€™ and â€˜Bring her backâ€™.Four songs that feature in Jesus Cant Skate, are written and produced by Lydia Denker, Alex Farrugia & Rick Rui.

Television:

During her teens, the talented Lydia was already winning singing contests and by the age of 16 sheâ€™d formed her first band. From that point, Lydiaâ€™s self-belief and talent created more opportunities.

At a club gig, Lydia was discovered by talent scouts and began a seven year stint on the roster of a small label.
