Steven Steen & His Dirty Dive Devils
Rhythm & Blues meets Rockabilly ...are playin´ Rhythm and Blues-Rock´n´Roll-Red-Hot-Boogie-Swing in the tradition of the 50´s and 60´s. Founded in 1999 by vocalist and guitar-player Steven Steen, this hot band is playing continously on festivals like the Eutin-Blues-Festival, Jazztime Hildesheim and in lots of juke joints during the last years. With brand new band-member and well-known upright-bass-player Micha Frick and drummer Axel Leonhardt they found the perfect rhythm-section doin´ the right groove. On top they got the Devil-Horns, which are Oliver Helmert playing those incredible high-energy saxophone solo-parts and Jan Wittenberg doin´that high spots, that cut like a knife.
