People I can teach something to and learn something from.
True Black Metal, Brutal Death Metal, Grindcore, Goregrind, Death/Grind, etc... Extreme musick. Other than that, I like folk rock and folk instruments, Ambient, Stoner/Doom/Drone/Experimental and what not. Some of my favorite bands & artists of all genres are: Peste Noire, Woods of Infinity, Marblebog, Abyssic Hate, Old Darkthrone, Burzum, Aska; Internal Suffering; Pigsty, Anal Cunt; Tenhi, Los Natas, Stille Volk, etc...
As long as they're not chick flicks there's a good chance I'll sit through it. Good WW2 movies such as Stalingrad or Der Untergang are my favourite.
I don't even own a tv. I used to have one down in San Diego but I got rid of it. I used to watch either the History Channel, Comedy Central or Adult Swim at times. I guess I could narrow it down to documentaries and Family Guy.
History and anthropology books, for the most part. Some novels, too. Dirty War, Clean Hands. ETA, the GAL and Spanish democracy, by Paddy Woodworth. Europe and Rising 44 by Norman Davies. Balkan Ghosts and Eastward to Tartary by David Kaplan.Novels I like: Don Quijote de la Mancha, by Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra. El Club Dumás, by Arturo Pérez-Reverte
