Overdrive is formed in the year 1994, former and leader of the band is Dragan Midorovi- Gagy. To 1994 band is mostly play arrangement some of his favorite bands. In 1994 year when to Overdrive come Aleksandar Midorovi (guitar) and Damir Milutinov-Chvare (vocal), band become only HC orientation with cognizable vocal, who is from this day stay brand sign of the band.Three years was gone when band is publish his first album No More Words for independed Record company Boa Records , and then comes live shows in Zajear, Concert of the year in Novi Sad, and some others heavy festivals where is Overdrive have his own auditory. Second album Everythings fine was published in year 2000 also for independed Record company Boa Records , with small delay.In the last years in band was come to personal changes (bass guitar-drums), but cognizable style was detain.
Then was comed very good live shows with bands Pro-Pain in 1998 and 1999, Gurd(CH), Fury Of V(New York,USA) , then concerts in EXIT festival (2002,2003,2004,2005,2006), also big concert with Soulfly in February 2003, and finally gig with Prodigy at Belgrade in 2005.Third studio album Movement out in March 2004,(has 10 new songs and 4 live songs from past albums), published for national record company PGP-RTS.With very small changes in band members, new album is very hard with elements of HC-Rock style, and new videos is finished which have to represent new album. In the mean time is planed new gigs and promotion..
