Influences: ALL official hip hop from the pioneers like Cold Crush Brothers to current stars like Jay Z. Some of my favorite MCs over the years are Grandmaster Caz, KRS One, Big Daddy Kane, Run DMC, Kool G Rap, Chuck D, Nas, Luda, Jay Z, De La Soul...man - there are really too many to name. Hip Hop has been in my life so long, I think it would be impossible to name all of my influences and favorites.
Sounds Like: El One. I've learned a lot from many MCs over the years, and you may be able to detect my influences, but I've been doing this so long, I have crafted my own sound. However, don't look for me to be stuck doing one particular style. The reason I have lasted so long in the game is that I adapt and change with the times...I'm able to keep things fresh. I'm beyond getting caught up in the whole "who's the best MC" thing...there are a lot of nice MCs out there, and I know I'm nice too. It's just that simple. If you give me a track, I'm gonna put something hot on it.
