Brad started playing drums in middle school...the same time Jessi started playing guitar. They were actually in the same 1st band F.O (Federal O'ffense)! haha, ironic how things work out. During high school Brad played drums in for bands such as One Way, Snaggletooth, and Alerium. Jessi played in Thorn and Balance during this time. After graduating from Richmond, Brad moved to Murfreesboro Tennessee to major in the recording industry at MTSU. He played in several bands in and around Nashville. (Still Drums) But found school as not being his thing. Due to finantials, he moved back to Richmond, only to turn around and move to Indianapolis. Still drumming, but an offer arises for him to move to Laffayette to play bass for an already established band at Purdue. He does, they graduate, they break up. Brad's back in Indianapolis. Yet again an oportunity arises for him to tryout for a band in Los Angeles. He makes it, moves to LA thinkin if this doesn't work something's gotta change! Wouldn't you know it, he's back in Richmond. Only this time he has dropped the drums and focused on his songwriting, guitar, and vocals. He has picked up his brother Paul who is 4 years younger, but started playing the drums at the same time as Brad.
_____Then theres Jessi During and after high school he played in Thorn out of Richmond for 3 years and Released two albums. He quit due to personal reasons and formed Balance with two former members of the 6 that were Thorn. 1 year later they split. Jessi bounced from one band to the next for a few years, playing bass,guitar,keys, and drums any thing he could get his hands on. Then an opportunity arose and Jessi moved to Nashville to work as a recording engineer and Producer. Things changed and he moved back to Richmond and has stayed ever since playing guitar.
______Paul Stared playing drums as a child and would jump at a chance to play when he was little. As he grew up he joined School band following close behind in his brothers foot steps. And after graduating high school has done a lot of practicing and working out at the GYM. Hes huge!
_____A few years later Jessi who hasn't put down his guitar for the last 4 years, so he's killin some lead, and Brad who's got a set a pipes now and can spit for days on end and Paul, Brad younger brother who most definitely took notes from Dad and older Brother (this sickest, youngest, sexiest, drummer this side of the Mississippi)Came Together to form DalaiD.
_____ See brad and Paul's father was in a Predominate Country Rock Band as they were growing up. So it was inevitable they would play. Brad recalls sitting up in his room listing to them practicing long after his bed time as a child. There Father also gave Jessi his first guitar lesson a a Child. Lots a inspiration, all a kid needs!________________DALAID_______________
