Toyohito Yoshikawa (Vo,ex-Boredoms) joining and secession of Tuttle the next day of the next day for 96 years. The first album ’電波潮流’ announcement from　Tag Rag Recording the next day for 97 years. Yoshikawa secession for 98 years and Mitsuhiro Yoshida (Dr,ex-Grind Orchestra) joinings of name the next day of "Denki groove in the west" as shown in at that time. Second Album "Electron Water Mother’ announcement for 99 years. The Transonic label and friendship were deep and there were recently chiefly a lot of club events of live. The same year Toshiaki Sudo (a lot of another reality ..ex-Meltbanana..- MSN) joins with Dr&Bass. Nishioka secession in 2003 the next day. Suzukijunzo formal joining in 2005. Being recording prepared with Nasca car (East) now. And after 1999, It is a leader besides the Nasca car, Koichi Nakaya who is producing all musics , Formed Nasca explosion with Kazunao Nagata of Fantastic explosion. It participates in Yamazaki maso(Masonna)’s Space machine with Makoto Kawabata of Acid Mother’s Temple. Moreover, it participates in the re-union of The Original Ultrabide known as a source of Kansai No Wave, and Personal activity like duo ******** with Jojo Hiroshige (Hijokaidan) etc. is done positively.1994年結成。結成時メンバーは中屋浩 市（Electronics,Programing,Vo)、吉田ヤスシ（Vo,ex-S pasmon）、DJ Tuttle(s-sax)。翌々96年、吉川豊人（Vo,ex-Boredomsï ¼‰åŠ å…¥ã€Tuttle脱退。 ç¿Œ97å¹´Tag Rag Recordingからファーストアルバム『電波潮流』 発表。当時の通り名は「西の電気グルーヴ」 ç¿Œ98年吉川脱退、吉田光寛（Dr,ex-Grind Orchestra）加入。99å¹´ã‚»ã‚«ãƒ³ãƒ‰ã‚¢ãƒ«ãƒãƒ ã€Œé›»å­æ °´æ¯ã€ç™ºè¡¨ã€‚Transonicレーベルとも親交が深か㠁£ãŸã“の頃はライブは主にクラブイヴェント㠁Œå¤šã‹ã£ãŸã€‚ 2001年吉田ヤスシ脱退。ゲストギタリストとだ—て池田一三（ex-Easy Walkers）Q-zo（Drillmanï¼‰ã‚’è¿Žãˆãƒ©ã‚¤ãƒ–ãƒã‚¦ã‚¹ã«å‡ ºã‚‹ã‚ˆã†ã«ãªã‚‹ã€‚同年8月、正式に松江潤（Spoo zys,JMG,Prismic Yuki Band,大塚愛バンド..etc）がギタリストで加入〠‚同年10月西岡由美子（ex-クララサーカス、現 Americo）がボーカルで加入。翌2002å¹´ã€å‰ç”°å…‰å ¯›è„±é€€ã€‚同年サードアルバム「Nasca Car/Maximum Speed」発表。 この時点でメンバーは中屋浩市、松江潤、西 岡由美子。同年須藤俊明（ex-Meltbanana,現-MSNä»– 多数）がDr＆Bassで加入。翌2003年西岡脱退。20 05年スズキジュンゾ正式加入。現在本家ナス㠂«ãƒ»ã‚«ãƒ¼ã“とナスカ・カー（East）でレコーデ ィング準備中。ナスカ・カーの他に、リーダ ーであり、その全ての楽曲を制作している中 屋浩市は、1999年以降、ファンタスティック゠¨ã‚¯ã‚¹ãƒ—ロージョンの永田一直とのナスカ・゠¨ã‚¯ã‚¹ãƒ—ロージョン、他、山崎マゾ（マゾンムŠï¼‰ã®åˆ¥ãƒ—ロジェクト、スペースマシーンにAM Tの河端一とともに参加。また関西No Waveの源流として知られる　The Original Ultrabideの再結成に参加、Jojoåºƒé‡ï¼ˆéžå¸¸éšŽæ®µï¼ ‰ã¨ã®ãƒ‡ãƒ¥ã‚ª**********ãªã©å€‹äººçš„ãªæ´»å‹•ã‚‚ç©æ¥µç š„に行なっている。Oh My Cow Live@bears
