Hi, welcome to my page. I'm Wendy. :-)
I've been married for 13 years to Chris. He's a great guy that I am very blessed to call my husband. Most importantly though, he is the only person who could possibly put up with me.At this point, he's pretty much stuck with me though! LOL
We have an incredible 12 year old son named Hunter. He's a great kid all around with an awesome sense of humor and he's the best thing to ever happen to me.
We also have 2 incredibly spoiled dogs. Maggie the wonder mutt and Freddie the wonderfully dumb, who is a Shih Tzu. They are definitely a big part of the family.
God is #1 in my life and he has been doing amazing things since I've started letting Him take control(He's always had control, I just didn't always like to think so!). Who knows where He may take me next?
That's about all there is to know. I'm a pretty shy person but once you get to know me, you can't get me to shut up!

My Interests

I love music, playing around on the computer, watching some TV , going to church, spending time with my wonderful friends, and mostly just hanging out with my family. I'm kind of a homebody really.

All kinds of people, old friends, new friends,etc. :-)

Music:

I'm a rock and roll kinda girl at heart. I like a little of everything but not much country. My favorite of all time is Queen, I've loved them since I was a kid. I also like lots of other rock and pop, too numerous to mention. I listen to more Christian rock/pop right now than anything though, with my favorite band of the moment being Casting Crowns.I also love Toby Mac, Seventh Day Slumber,Decemberadio, Building 429, and others too numerous to mention. I love you Way FM!

Movies:

Monty Python and The Holy Grail, Princess Bride,Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,the Austin Power movies, etc. Basically, I love to laugh. I'm also occasionally in the mood for a good chick flick. LOL

Television:

I'm embarrassed to admit but I'm addicted to stupid reality shows, especially Big Brother, Hell's Kitchen, and Survivor. But I'll watch stuff like Real World, The Surreal Life, and yes even Rock of Love. I have no shame. I also like nerdy things like documentaries on A&E and The History Channel and I love home decorating, remodeling type shows too, especially the ones where they flip houses. Lately I've become addicted to almost anything on BBC America.

Books:

I absolutely love to read. The Bible is the best book ever written but other than that my favorites are probably mystery/crime drama and historical fiction. I'd have to say my favorite authors are James Patterson, Patricia Cornwell, and Diana Gabaldon.

Heroes:

Definitely Jesus above all. He is my ultimate hero.

Also my mom, my husband and my son.

My mom is just an awesome woman that can handle anything that comes her way and has always showed me nothing but love.

My husband is my hero because he works his butt off for his family and he has an awesome heart.

And my son because he is just such an incredible kid. He is what I wish I could be. He's so ridiculously intelligent, funny(I do have to say he has my sarcastic wit), and good at everything he does.

Of course if we are talking guitar heroes then it's Brian May all the way! LOL
