Born March 2, 1981 to Ron & Cheryl Howard; the oldest of 5 children. Attended The Greenwich Country Day School (Class of 1996) and Byram Hills High School, Armonk, New York (Class of 1999). Studied acting at Stella Adler Conservatory in New York Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts camp Steppenwolf School. Married actor Seth Gabel and are now expecting our first child!
