*Könsrock is a popular definition of a music genre that was created by the swedish group 'Onkel Kånkel & His Kånkelbär' in the late 70's. The lyrics involve offensive subjects, while the music is often cheerful, which produces a kind of contrast. Sexual words are often treated in the lyrics and they involve mentally retarded, wheelchair bound persons, homosexuality, feces and urine. Because of this, the artists and groups often choose to release their material anonymously. Many songs are cover versions of well-known songs, such as child- and christmas carols, but with totally different lyrics.
