Need somethin', stranger?

About Me

Hello. My name is Michael, but I use the alias Dukluss, since I think the world is overpopulated with Michaels.
I've never thought I was very good at describing myself, but I'm sure, given time and focus, I could satisfy your curiosity. I will dispense, at random, esoteric information about myself below, in no particular order.
I have a deep-seated comtempt for organized religion. I believe that you should make up your own damn mind, not subscribe to dogma written by someone else and placed before you. Conversion is NOT an option.
I could stare slack-jawed at the stars for days, go off on a tirade about mass and density for hours and be totally unable to sleep because I'm comtemplating relativity. I blame this in equal parts on Patrick Stewart and Bill Nye for hiding such interests in my impressionable young mind so long ago. And don't tell anyone, but I'm a real sucker for Star Wars (the orginal saga, please), Star Trek, and especially Dune. I'm sure I'll one day marry a girl who has a true appreciation of Dune.
