The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.

About Me

Well, I guess its time to write a little something about myself. First and foremost I am a believer in Jesus Christ. "In Him we live and move and have our being." I love to see people on the journey to becoming all He intended them to be. I am a strong advocate for natural health because I feel this is the way God planned for us to live. Just read His Word, every crisis you have He has already given the remedy for. (or prevention:) Always health concious, I earned a B.S. in health promotion at Appalachian State, but feel I truly began my quest for knowledge towards the end and after college. I began taking yoga classes and frequenting area health food stores. I discovered there was so much information out there that the majority of people had no clue about. (even medical professionals) I took a job at one of those stores and went on to learn even more. From '01-'05 I also taught dance/color guard for the West Rowan High band. It was there, on July 22, 2002, (yes, at band camp:) that I met the new drum instructor, Daniel. Little did I know that exactly four years later he would become my husband! In 2003 I began classes at the Therapeutic Massage Training Institute in Charlotte. (www.massagetraining.com) There I continued to learn a holistic approach to health and graduated in Jan. '05. Since then I have been working as a licensed massage therapist in Mooresville where I hope to build a private practice and we plan to settle soon.Content from Coshed.com - Myspace Layouts
