All I hear is my breathing, the silence is intense. The soft rain falls on my face dampening my pale skin. I see a morbid, black rose just laying there so I take it from its shallow grave Smelling of corrosion and death. I suddenly become frantic when the soil where the rose once lay covers itself in crimson blood. I notice the blood is from my hand, where I hold the decaying rose. I drop the blood stained rose hoping to free my self from its binding spell. It’s no use when the rain pours down harder, turning to blood. My blood. Engulfing me. Suffocating me.
