HOLY CRAP IT'S ALREADY BEEN A YEAR! COME CELEBRATE THE ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF THE DEATH OF BACKSEAT LIES BY ADDING THEIR SONGS AND BANNERS TO YOUR PROFILE!!!Backseat Lies are no longer continuing their musical careers together. It was a long and magical 3 weeks, however the depressing and dark nature of our lyrics were taking too much of an emotional toll on us. We couldn't quite handle the emo lifestyle, concluding ourselves to be posers. We hope you were as touched and persuaded to self-mutilate in a wallow of anger and depression as we were.
Our guitarist, Dave is now playing bass for A Phoenix Rising, guitar/vox for Divided Seed, and has a solo project. Ingo, our bass and vocals, has embarked on a psychedelic journey which includes random improvised jam sessions, college, and beyond. Our drummer, Devon, left for college and is in the process of starting a new band. Let us always remember Backseat Lies.
