Well Slim Stated out with selling other people cd’s and mixtapes.. Well after turning 18 and being able to experience the club scene for his own. He realizes that Austin needed some help. But he did not want to have any part of that. After one of his close friends “The L†told Slim that he would not attend the club anymore if he does not DJ cause the DJ suck. So slim got on his grind to make good music and it is turning out for the best. With in 6 months DJ slim has turn into the hottest DJ at his age and one of the up and coming DJ in The South.
Dj slim gets his style from DJ Jazzy Jeff and the late Dj jam master jay. In an interview with MGS magazine Slim tell a reporter “with out an DJ no one would attend the club, and no matter how many people are there if he is not doing his job on the one and twos everybody would not say it was as live as it could have been. I feel if the crowd is not jamming then mix the song and change itâ€
