She evenutally gave into me an gave me the DAMM thing when I went and purchased an additional one to complete the set..... Set em up on the Washer and Dryer down in the Basement with my First Gemini Mixer...... By 1985 I purchased my first set of Technics 1200MKII's I would say this was the Pinnical of the underground HipHop era. Philly DJ's Battles were Intense.....and pretty much paved the way for the Modern turntablist... But anyways most people don't give a fuck so Big Props out to the Cats I ran With and Battled back in the Day. DJ CashMoney, DJ Jazzy Jeff, DJ Kosmic Kev, GrandMaster NEEL, MixMaster Flash, Kid Destroy, DJ Barry Bestro, DJ Jeff Millz, DJ Larrence Lavon, DJ Tiny G, GodFather Flash, Master J, Master K, CutMan Tee, DJ RockinHood, DJ Lonnie Lon , DJ LADY B......StreetBEAT, DJ TOO TUFF........Yeah the list goes on Sorry if I missed anyone Get @ me and I will edit........ I left for the Army in 1990 and I started Giggin everywhere I went, 1992 I was on the Quest for World supremecy in the DMC and I won a Pair of Gold Technics 1210's in Germany in a Battle in some Mall in Mannhiem......... But I had to go to Kuwait for 90 day rotation and I had to Drop out of the comp.....thats life in the Infantry....... but the Beat goes on...... I got off of Active Duty in 1998 and Moved up to the "D" I took a little lay off due to the War and having to Hold it down for a year or two, But I'm back with a new Lease on Life, I got the Wind @ my back and nothing can slow me down. Look for Big Things this Year, Including a Comp MIX CD with all the local Detroit Artist Shinnin on this one.
