2 minds (Mike D & Chris) decided to start a band that meant something. Aside from all the other stuff that keeps many other bands the same, Mike and Chris would have jam sessions to try and write songs to keep people interested. Life's B.S. stories and drunken stories seemed fitting. The first song written and completed (and kept) by the 2 was called "I Ditched My Wife For Tijuana". That was a rough draft of what was to come. With the arrival of Isaiah, we added our first song that expresses us, "Hell Sent, Vegas Bound". Each song written by Shotguns and Whiskey continues to get better. Shortly after Isaiah joined in, Adam came in to fill in on rythm guitar. And 2 months later, the lineup was completed with Mike L. In early October, we played our first party at a friends house just to test the roads. Shortly after, we played a Halloween party, then to our first real gig at Drapers in Apple Valley. We'd like to thank all our friends that have come out to watch us play and especially the ones that come time and time again. We wont let you down. Feel free to email us.
