I have practiced BODYBUILDING TRAINING for the past 2 years and it is a great pass-time of which I love. I am pleased to say that all my efforts to gain my physique is 100% natural, just pure blood, sweat and tears.
I also train/practice in MAUY THAI KICK BOXING and have some experience in JIUJITSU / GRAPPLING. I find it a great way to focus aggression rather than it spill out onto London streets
