Stuff. Traveling: anywhere really, I'd like to see EVERYTHING, I once went on a walk to EVERYWHERE but I don't think I saw everything and I stopped short after someplace. Experiencing life interests me, its not what I have or what I've attained, its where I've been and what I've learned 3 I also have an unsaitable thirst for knowledge. My friend has a motorcycle, I like it, I want one. Parites are cool. As long as people are having a good time, its a party. Kids. I want to be a teacher and I'm well on my way. A 5 year old will teach you to take nothing for granted, because everything is new, exciting and spectacular to them. Check the world out through a 5 year olds eyes. Sometimes I try to garden...so I have some plants. Camping, I like to be outside, sometimes I put my girl guide skills to use. On occasion I get this creative urge, so I make things, but usually I just make a mess.
I'll listen to anything really...techno, trance, jungle, breaks. We've got a good electronic scene here. I guess some euro and freestyle. I'm expanding my musical horizons heeello dead, keller, sting cheese incident and Jack! I'm a late night sublime listener. At the same time I'm a huge Bowie fan, yeah I'm cool that way. Every so often you'll catch me rocking out to some oldies, Shania, Avril or Kelly Clarkson...then again I'm almost always rocking out. I like to sing in the car, I usually get caught and I sing unabashedly at work, we all do, it makes the time go by, it makes us smile, watch out Canadian Idol! Sometimes when I hear James Blunt I want to call people and sing over the phone to them...because James Blunt makes me sound good!
Fav. movies? Empire Records and City of God are my fav's, followed by: Alice in Wonderland (disney and the people versions; "Through the Looking Glass"), Groove, The Cell, Kill Bill, Labrynth (did I mention I'm a Bowie fan?), Princess Mononoke,I 3 Huckabee's (this ones almost a bizzare addiction), Garden State, Constant Gardener...
I don't watch tv, except for Friends on dvd if that counts..
Currently: Krishnamurti: Education and the Significance of Life, Kerouac: On the Road, Lesh: Searching for Sound.
