Challenges are what makes life interesting; overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.

About Me

20 MINUTES ..
I grew up in foster homes never having just one home to stay in for a long period of time. I lived for the future and what it had to offer me. I never dwelled on the past for I felt it made me tough. It made me realize that I could do anything once I put my mind to it. I don’t believe that anyone should play the victim role but should take everything that crosses your paths as a learning experience.I believe that you have to fight for what you believe in. Never live in the past but live for what the future will bring. Sometimes you have to take two steps backwards to take another step forward. I have learned to forgive but I’m not dumb I don’t ever forget. There is a saying and that is “Don't just learn from the mistakes that you make but also learn from the mistakes that others make."I love animals and remember God created them. I love children and remember that we were all once a child.Anybody that has crossed my path I do remember you and will pray for you always. I never wish harm on anybody. Those of you that thought I was tough on you well you were right. I wanted you to learn how to fight. If I spent time and energy on you that meant that I did care. If I sent you on your own remember that I know I am not going to be here forever and wanted you to stand on your own two feet. I never wanted to be the crutch that crippled you but the crutch that helped you stand.Down here it is always a fight. Remember that life down here is really only twenty minutes compared to life in Heaven which will be eternity. I can take twenty minutes of suffering. Can you? ____________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________ ________________ I went on a womens retreat one day with my church. I heard a woman tell a story that really touch my heart and caused me to cry. She was driving her child to school one day in her minivan. Her daughter was sitting besides her in the passengers seat. Didn't see the red light and got hit on the passengers side by a truck. Looked at her daughter and saw her daughters eyes glossy and clear. She knew her daughter was gone. The ambulance came out pronounced daughter dead on the seen. Mother now goes around preaching her testimony about suffering and why things happen. Mother has been blessed many incredible ways including with another child. She has a cute story at the end of her testimony. Her daughter that passed on had made her a picture in kindergarden. It's in her home which she has hanging in her hallway. It is a macaroni made picture frame of her daughter that she has to walk by everyday. "Mom taps on it everyday and says honey I will see you in twenty minutes". ____________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________Have you ever watched "Littel House on the Prairie" there was an episode when someone asked why God lets us suffer. I think it was Charles that said God allows us a choice to choose between good and evil. Unfortunately those of us that choose evil can effect those of us that choose good. (This was my own understanding and my words but to me it makes sense)
