I'm Gemma. I'm 18. I'm a bit of a kid, but I don't think that's really a bad thing.
I like making new friends, but that doesn't mean the old ones don't matter. I like talking to new people, and once I like you, I'll be your friend forever. I'm very loyal and very trusting. Maybe too trusting.
I fall for people too easily, which often results in me getting hurt. Maybe someday I'll learn to deal with that.When I'm sad I tend to close up, but once I know you well, maybe I'll talk.
I blush easily, and often.
I giggle a lot. I cry easily. I like being hugged.
I run from things that might hurt me.
I like summer, but I prefer winter. I love the rain, and i like the wind. I love the snow.
I like the beach. But I also like the city.
I like being barefoot.
I get bored quickly. I like new things, but I'm not really too fond of change.
I think too much, about everything and nothing. Mostly about things that don't matter. It's amazng how serious things are at 3am.
I like to dance, even though I'm not very good at it. I like prancing around in my tutu and tiara and fairy wings.
I like to fall asleep to the sound of the rain. I like watching the sunset. I've never yet met anyone who's quite as mesmorised by rainbows as I am.
Um. I can't think of anything more to say about me. If there's anything though, ask me!

Heroes:

An essential characteristic of the superhero mythology is, there's the superhero, and there's the alter ego. Batman is actually Bruce Wayne, Spider-Man is actually Peter Parker. They have to put on a costume. And it is in that characteristic that Superman stands alone. Superman did not become Superman, Superman was born Superman. When Superman wakes up in the morning, he's Superman. His alter ego is Clark Kent. That's the costume Superman wears to blend in with us. Clark Kent is how Superman views us. And what are the characteristics of Clark Kent? He's weak, he's unsure of himself... he's a coward. Clark Kent is Superman's critique on the whole human race. I don't believe in heroes
