About Me

I'm turning 44 and am trying to realize how much more there is to experience through my senses available to me. I figured the best path for me when I had barely hit puberty. I lost myself many times in my rush to 'grow up', but then I guess that just means I'm normal. I'm cheerful, try to be intelligent (most of the time), try NOT to abuse my body too much (me have an addictive personality?, and try to ensure I don't lose the big picture trying to figure out the pieces. I understand myself as well as my personal motivations and shortcomings. I truly believe in the classic morality (monogamy, honor, respect, etc).I married my beautiful wife Josephine last June 30, 2006. I've really learned to appreciate the depths of my wife's many assets, and try to show her the level of respect I expect from her.I've Always loved art and music, but for some reason am terrible at Titles and names.... go figure... LOL. I seem to have a high aptitude for computers and can do anything I put my mind to. It's seemed to work so far. I love animals, writing poetry, art in general, beautiful vistas (helps to live on an island, too), great people, and a wonderfully supportive family. It saddens me to watch mistakes made in life which might be totally unnecessary, yet made just for lack of patience and confidence in oneself, but am old enough to know better than to try to 'help' someone past their own personal mistakes.. While I've planned my general path through life, and have never really deviated from it ... I find myself willing to adjust it drastically for my wife, which says a lot about how strongly I feel for her. This, of course, opens a huge bag of worms for me emotionally, etc.
