About Me

I teach Belly Dance in Pasadena, North Hollywood, Camarillo, and Oxnard! Check out my blog for all the info you need, and message me with any questions. Classes are offered on an ongoing basis! I am a Classically trained dancer, specializing in Middle Eastern belly dance.Ahna Shieka teaches the artform of belly dance in the Ventura and Los angeles counties. "She coaxes out the Goddess within"Ahna Sheika performs with all of her fiery soul, and is available for your party, festival, or event. My Interests

It is very important to me that women take care of themselves. We take such good care of our kids, our men, our parents, our jobs, we forget about us. The most important thing is your physical fitness and health. Not your status, or the way you look! One reason I love dance is because it is cardiovascular excercise that covers the full range of physical benefits (balance, strength, posture, coordination) and is also mentally, emotionally, and socially stimulating. I am SO GLAD that I love to dance. I want you to love to dance too. I want you to be strong and healthy. I want you to take care of Only You at least once a day! I want you to look at my blog for a dance class near you.
