===========================================================M artin Koevski or also known as Clipper was born in Febuary 1984 in Bulgaria. Since he was a child, he has always been fascinated by the music but in 1997 he heard groups like The Prodigy, Underworld and Orbital and from that moment on the electronic music became a part of his life. Not long ago after that, he heard for the first time the electro sound from artists like Westbam, Bambaata, and DJ Hell, who have made a great influence on him.
In the years of the rapid development of electronic culture in Bulgaria, Clipper faced the harder side of the electronic music when visiting parties through the country. Later on, he heard the sound of electroclash music when listening to “Miss Kittin & The Hacker – The First Album”. Delighted by that music he found artists like Tiga and Felix Da Housecat, who played a significant role in forming his music choice.
In 2003 he began his first attempts of being a DJ himself and a year later he did his first gig at a small club in Sofia. He continued up this road by playing at private parties and for his friends. After a while he began to define his own style of music and in 2005 he became resident DJ at club HIDE in Sofia.
These days he’s resident at club ENVY in Sofia. Due to the years of experience behind his back he has developed a colorful taste for music and thanks to that you can always expect his sets to be something new, interesting and nice to hear. One thing is sure – you can always find a mixture of electro, minimal and house in them.
