All power is inherent in the people - T. Jefferson

About Me

Given the current political climate in the United States, we have decided to upload some memorable words spoken by some of the great figures in American history. The illustrious allocutions that we have chosen are those that seem to us to be particularly poignant today, and thus we are sharing them lest we forget the principles that have made the United States a respectable nation. We are giving a voice to the past, in hope to improve the future.

Although this is not our own work, all uploaded audio and images are public domain and have been obtained through archive.org and creative commons .

Links to audio that is not public domain or of which we are unsure of licensing will be posted in our blog.
